How to fix the camera if the len is not work when it's open.
before this happened, I didn't do anything with this camera such as fall on the ground and hit by something but I connected with my computer to transfer the photos then I switched on my camera ,unfortunately my camera's len wasn't work anymore.I can take a photo but there is only black screen when you check the photo.

Please help us to help you. It's currently impossible to even guess at a fix if you don't tell us what make and model of camera you're having this problem with.
