- please press call/end button and vol + button at the same time after switching headset on for blackberry to find it

You need to pair your Blackberry with your headset.

Turn on your Blackberry's bluetooth and search for bluetooth devices.
While the Blackberry is searching and the headset is off, press and hold the call/end button on the headset until it's light glows steadily. Do not let go until the Blackberry finds it.
Pair the devices and allow the headset to connect automatically.
Default passkey is 0000.
To connect, press and hold call/end button on headset like the one in step 2.
