hold on you do not need to reformat your hard drive! you just need to cleanup your computer. I would suggest that you take your laptop to either your IT department within your work or to a computer shop.

You can order a recovery disk from acer. Even if you acer is not under warranty. The first disk was free for me.

YOU CAN USE YOUR SYSTEM RECOVERY DISC OR MOTHER BOARD DISC WHICH CAME WITH YOUR LAP TOP, IT WILL INSTALL ALL THE DRIVERS NECESSARY FOR THE BLUETOOTH, ACER EMANAGER ETC.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE IT ANYMORE, THE GO TO ACER WEBSITE: WWW.ACER.COM AND DOWNLOAD THEM.
