Tom Tom suddenly won't turn on. It is 2 years old. Has worked with no problem. Battery continually charged as I drive. Used re-set button to no avail. Need today for a trip!

plug it in to the usb cable to your computer for a few hours, then press and hold the power button for up to 15 seconds or untill it starts.
after it starts run tomtom home and get the latest updates for it.
if you do not have tomtom home, you can get it HERE just follow the directions after you download and install it on your computer.
