My washer will go thru the cycles but wil not

It is possible that something just got stuck somewhere in the drain hoses. I'd check for that first.

Also check that the belt is turning the pump properly (most likely it is), and only do so by hand with the washer unplugged.

If it is clear of obstructions you'll need to replace the water pump. part number AP4372886 (made by whirlpool)
