i don't know what it is that i press, but every so often the ? key instead has a capital E with an accent over it (the keys also have blue symbols on them). How do i get rid of that? my laptop manual does not include instructions on this. restarting the computer works but i know that there is another way using the keyboard because i have accidentally fixed it...i just have no idea how i did. what do i do????
