Installation problem

- Sir.
The problem is that the support link (website) for whitesmoke doesn't open, i have been tryin day and night to open but it doesnt, on the other hand i have been trying to contact the customer service/ Whitesmoke Support, via e-mail but this guys have not yet replied to my 6 mails even and the saddest part is that i dont even have their contact no. neither have they given on their website, they just have a fax no. and that is it.

I was really an idiot to beleive them and buy the software on-line for 100 $ which is 4000 INR, and that is a lot of money for me , I feel so miserable and helpless in this state. plz HELP ME sir, Whitesmoke has cheated me very badly, though they have sent me the receipt and the activation code yet i cannot communicate them b'cuz they do not communicate wid me, they have there office at DELAWARE (USA) and i cant go there physically to solve and claim my rights.

Sir, i showed the error to a friend of mine yesterday who deals in computers, he tried a lot to fix the problem but failed, he said everything is fine wid my computer, no windows problem, no installation problem wid other softwares but he doubted the software which was being sent on-line by whitesmoke was not being registerd properly and that was the reason while installing, in its mid-way pops up an error wid 4 dll files "application failed to start b'cuz application configuration is incorrect, reinstalling the application may fix the problem",

Sir u are my last hope, if u have any alternatives to run this software, i would really be very grateful to u. PLZ HELP me in fixing my problem SIR.

- hello sir,

At last they (white smoke support team) have replied back to my queries, they have sent me instructions manual on-line and is really very vast, however while i was checking the info i just happened to notice one instruction - If you have Firewall (Like Norton,Windows XP Firewall,Macfee,etc) this may be the cause of the problems. In order to use WhiteSmoke you need to configure your firewall.

- For Windows Firewall please do the following: Start > Control Panel > Windows Firewall > Exceptions > Add Program > Browse; now go to C:\program files\whitesmoke\ and double click WSEnrichment.exe ; now click OK. Whitesmoke should be working from now on.

I tried to see the firewall configuration but it doesn't open, it gives an erorr messg "unidentified problem cant open" now i'm thinking is there smthing wrong wid my firewall, plz guide me how do i open and see and check the configuration. On the other hand i'm trying wid .NET Framework1.1 but v not encountered wid positive response. PLZ HELP, do u v an e-mail id to send u the snapshot errors and for better and effective communication?
