plug your phone into the computer, sync it so that it backs up all your data, then click restore on the main page in itunes where it shows you the big picture of your phone.
after the restore, it will ask you if you want to set up a new phone or restore from back up. you want to restore from backup and your phone will look exactly the way it did when you plugged it in in the first place.
