Not really enough info but to turn it on, hold down the pause/play button until you see a screen coming on. After the main screen loads, whatever is selected from the menu (music, video, ebook...) will play when you hit the M button.
To scroll up and down the main menu, use the right and left arrow buttons.
to tune the radio you hit the play/pause button and scroll thru the channels with the toggle switch deally then to set the channel hold the play/pause button and it will bring up a list thing and you set it as a channel. to add videos ect. you have to do it thru your computer.
That particular player is designed to work that way. Apple made one of their iPods in exactly that fashion, and other manufacturers' mp3 players quickly followed suit. You can pause it but you can't stop it. If you want to change songs, or the order in which they play, you can hit the "M" button and select songs/options from the menu of the RCA.
