Unmountable _Boo_Volume

My IBM ThinkPad R50e with a Celeron Processor shows "Umountable_Boot_Volume" on screen after start up and will not proceed to open but goes back to rebooting again and again
I have the same problem.
This Problem has been added to the Share Your Expertise Page under "My Work Queue".

your Windows installation is corrupt or your drive if failing
try booting with windows CD and do a repair
