I HAD ISSUES W/A VIRUS i PUT CLEARING DISC THROUGH. tHAT DICONNECTED MY PRINTER.

hi i am a certified Canon repair tech for this printer. if you follow the link below this will take you to Canons support site where you can download the software for your printer. hope this helps
