The player did not come with a CD so I downloaded the driver from the Sansa website and an MTP browser from Microsoft. I still can't get my computer to recognize the player. When I plug in the player and the wizard box comes up, I choose to install it and get the message that a problem occurred. HELP?
My disk is scratched. I went on Sandisk website and I can't find a replacement disk without buying the MP3 4G e260.
How can I get that only with out paying for another MP3 player?

i pluged up my sansa e260 and i here a beep but there is no wizards or sansa foldere to open. At the bottomof the computer there is only a safely remove hardward icon but no found icon. HELP!!1
Maybe the problem is not the player or what you are downloading but the program you are using to get the music on your player. I had a similar problem and I just had to use a different program to load my music.
