Changing screen

Hey,
I'm trying to change over the screen on a UB-5315 and have got to a point where I'm unsure whether to access from the top or bottom, both have their obstacles, I have removed the outer frame but as the new screen is one continuous peice I have struck a problem. Has anyone done this before and can help?
PS. Yes its out of warranty!
