Mine has stopped working as well. I do get confirmation codes from the transmitter to the receiver, so I believe it's the PC config like you. I submitted an email support request to JVC a week ago and haven't heard back yet.

I have the same problem. I hooked everything up as per user's manual. Everything worked perfectly...for one night. I came back the next day and got no sound. I don't know if my computer was updated or what, but I tried to re-install the software for pc link to no avail. The receiver acknowledged it was getting a signal, but no sound. Someone please help

The wireless transmitter use the same frequency as your wireless network and there should b a conflict. there is a way to change the frequency on the usb transmitter. once you do that, you should be ok.

Wireless mouse will not connect

-> make sure the USB driver is detected properly by the windows or other OS
(it should say "USB device connected" once you plug the transmitter in the usb slot of CPU)
-> if you have problem in this step like having "unrecognised device etc.. " make sure you have SP2 in your system
->Make sure the mouse has batteries that have life.
-> Make sure the mouse and traansmitter are at a reasonable distance.. if more than some 10 feet, most of the wireless mouse dont work

Try to setup home wireless network to share two home computer

Connect the home wireless network router box to the main PC through an ethernet cable with the PC powered off and the home wireless router powered off, then power on the PC & the router. Vista should locate the new wireless network and follow the windows vista network setup procedures. After the wireless network has been detected you then while the second PC's power is shut off you connect dongle adapter to the PC power on and XP will locate the new adapter. You will probably have to enter your networks pin for the connection.
Get back to me when you complete these steps.
Try next time contacting me through an online chat session. We can resolve the issue quicker while chatting together.
