I have installed 2 Xeon 2.8 with 512 cahe.
Immediately after Post I get the message

Error 0031
Unsupported processor stepping - no microcode update loaded

Press F1 to Resume. After Pressing F1 the machine continues to boot and move along to load windows XP

My Bios info is as follows

Phoenix Bios 4.0 Release 6.0
HP Revision IV.W1.15US
Management Firmware revision 1.14


I there a Bios update I can use .
