We recently purchased an i580 and it came with a micro memory card. I formatted the card and then uploaded my songs to it. I inserted the card into the phone and accessed the media player, and only 8 of the songs show up. Now, I know for a fact that there are 32 songs on that card. I can't find anything in the book or on the user guide cd, and the technical service reps can't seem to find their butt with both hands!! I am nearly at my wits' end.....HELP!!
