The hard reset button is usually a recessed button located on the back so kindly hard reset the router to restore the defaults and now make a fresh entry and reconfigure your router as per your ISP settings.

Try this: Press the reset button (should be on the back of the router) with a pin for 10 seconds. Wait 10 more seconds then unplug the router. After reset you have to reinstall it with the software CD that came with it.
