im facin a problem in which to type @ im having to press the " key and wen i press shift + 2 the sign " appears.... and wen i press shift + ' i get the sign @... 
I have the same problem
I know someone who can solve this problem

This is a problem I had at onre time and it turned out that I had selected the USA Keyboard in stead of tthe UK Keyboard, you could have the same error or vice versa (ie Uk instaed of USA) so go to START then select CONTROL PANEL then select KEYBOARD and check which is selected and correct if necessary.
