Problem for Apple iPhone Smartphone
Iphone wont charge or turn on

My iphone was low on power when i looked at it in the morning by midday when i looked it had turned off
so i went and got the charger however now it will not charge ---- or even turn on in any form
in fact anything i do i cannot get a response from it --- ive tried a number of usb cables so it couldnt be the cable
can somone help

- hi 3five5, thanks a lot for the reply, it took me a couple of days to get hold of my wall charger, anyways plugged it in overnight - still no sign of life at all from it, ive tried holding down the buttons hundreds of times, its a 3gs (32g) phone and is only a month or 2 old - has a good few apps installed (jailbroken, unlocked etc..) what can i do now??? - i figure the solutions will get a bit more extreme from here thanks a lot,Solution #1

Have you tried plugging it into a wall socket? That's the first thing to try - if no response still you should leave it plugged in to a wall socket overnight. Sometimes they just need a large prod up the backside!
If it still won't respond try a soft reset (hold home and power buttons together for 15 seconds or so (do this while it's connected to power). If you still have no joy there are a few other courses of action but I suggest you try those first & let me know if you still have no response from it!
