Dispenses Ice..but not Water

I have found that when ice hangs up in the door causing the water line to freeze right at the very end of the water line. Remove the ice jam and apply cloth that has been wet with hot water to line for @ 20 sec. with a cup in place engage the water dispenser and please note that the ice plug may dislodge with force due to water pressure in the line.
