Problem for Handspring Visor Deluxe Handheld
I am having a problem with my Handspring Visor as
I am having a problem with my Handspring Visor as I cannot hotsync the device. Every attempt to hotsync ends up with an error message "AlarmMgr.c,Line 365, disable underflow" and I am prompted to reset. Even after reset I am still unable to hotsync the device. Can you help me please to resolve this matter. Thank you.

Do a hard reset on your pda, that will get rid of the syncing problem, hard reset instructions :
to perform a hard reset:
1.Hold down the power button on the front panel of the handheld.
2.While holding down the power button, use an unfolded paper clip
(or similar object without a sharp tip) to gently press the reset
button.
3.Release the power button.
4.When a message appears on the handheld screen warning that you
are about to erase all the data stored on your handheld, do one of
the following:
Press the top scroll button on the front panel of your handheld
to complete the hard reset and display the Digitizer screen.
Press any other button to perform a soft reset.
Note: With a hard reset, the current date and time are retained.
Formats Preferences and other settings are restored to their
factory default settings.
If you have important data on the pda and you do not back up it regularly you should purchase a back up program or learn to use the hot sync to back up your content so that you do not loose your files in the future.
