SOURCE: wireless mouse problem

This mouse needs to be synched up with its base.
Press the button on the base, then press the button on the bottom of the mouse. After this, when the light flashes on the base, it is synched and should work again.

Microsoft Wireless IntelliMouse Explorer 2.0 - low battery pop up

I would disregard the pop up as in most cases the batteries are still good. I'd use the mouse till it stopped functioning. Why it does that I haven't figured out yet. I beleive a value has to be changed in the Registry. If I figure it out I will let you know.

Wireless mouse and keyboard

Push the connect button on the wireless base, then push the connect button on the keyboard or mouse, that is supposed to reconnect the device. Make sure the wireless base is close enough to the keyboard.mouse, and nothing metal is blocking the path between the keyboard/mouse and the base.
