I am in need of a belt routing on 16.5 hp

Go to www.searspartsdirect.com. Put in your model number, you read from under the seat, and it will give you a parts list and diagrams you are looking for this mower.

Look up under the foot boards on the tractor, Sears usually puts the diagram of the routing for both belts under there.

If you can not locate those stickers, look in your Owner's Manual, the parts section will have a picture of what the belt looks like when it is installed.

If you don't have the owners manual or simply don't know where you put it, look under the seat, get the Model number for the tractor that begins with 917. then go to searspartsdirect.com enter the full model number and download the parts manual and in most cases you can also download an Owners Manual as well.
