Question about IBM ThinkPad T20 2647 Notebook

No internet connection

I have uninstalled and re-installed my adapter--TPLink TL-WN310G, 54 M wireless, but still cannot connect to the internet.
What do you suggest?

Your hardware could be bad, or you may need to adjust your software settings.

Besides uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers; what else have you tried.

Need to know any error messages.

Need to know about the network (and its security settings) that you're trying to connect to.

Connecting a tp link wireless usb adapter to xbox 360

The post John Anderson is correct that this would not work with a XBOX device. These are intended for and installed on computers (laptop or desktop) with which you would need to install drivers for it on. There is supported drivers that will allow the installation of this device into either a XBOX or PlayStation gaming console.

you will have to open up your network connections

click start control panel network connections this may vary depending on your operating system look for local area connection if you see a red X or a yellow exclamation or question mark ! ?
you will need to update or install the driver or it could be firewalled

click start control panel administration tools computer management device manager scroll to network adapters should see a yellow question mark? right click install drivers
the driver might be on the disc supplied by your ISP internet service provider
or the motherboard disc or you might download one if you dont have on a disk

Since you already did a uninstall and re installation of your adapter and still the same problem, you may want to try updating the driver of the adapter, so uninstall and reinstall the adapter using the latest driver from the manufacturers web site....

You mean you have physically installed and uninstalled, or just removed i device manager?
Can you also tell me what model you have? It's not saying, just that it's a Thinkpad
