We put a brand new movie in, and player started to shake during loading. and reported "wrong disc" on the screen. We took the movie back for a new copy, and same thing happened. We cleaned laser, unplugged player, etc... always the same result. The weird thing is that it still plays all of our old movies, HELP?!

PLAYER WAS WORKING FINE PLAYING ALL DISCS WE PUT IN NOW NO MATTER WHICH DISC YOU PUT IN SAYS WRONG DISK EVEN THE ONE WE PLAYED BEFORE.

i put the disk in and turn it on it says loading and then comes up with "wrong disk." How do i fix it? I have tried everything I can think of.

Since 4 days I've searched 99% of internet to fix 'Wrong Disk' solution for my DVDV822-05 Player, but I could not get any such solution. Some solutions for other players of the same company is to change region codes but I could not find these codes for this particular model. I got this player from some other country which I dont know. It's sayying 'Wrong Disk' to all disks either MP3, audio, VCD, DVD etc. It's my humble request to all e-guys and companies to find some solution for this model.
