Removing Sygate Security Agent 3.0 for laptop...

Trying to install McAfee and getting error that Sygate Security Agent 3.0 for laptop program should be removed. When I go into control panel to remove I get an error message Error Extracting Support files. The system cannot find the file specified. Control panel shows size of file as .10 MB and there is no folder for this program in my program files folder on by C drive.
I have the same problem
I know someone who can solve this problem

You can remove it manually by deleting it from the registry.
click start
run
type: regedit
enter
under edit
click "find"
type: " sygate security agent"
delete all about the agent.
