Problem for HP Photosmart C6280 Printer

Ink cartridge has stalled

ink cartridge has stalle, there was a paper jam but I have removed all the paper, taken apart and check for blockages there is none. Turned the device on and off. It just keeps making funny noise and saying print cartridge and craddle cannot move

it must have happend because th carriage has been blocked because of the jam that was there earlier
follow the document that i am suggesting and it should work

if still it does not work call HP if the printer is in warranty they will replace the printer for you .......thank you ................(HAMID)
