Use the Five Rs to restore the iPod. You will lose the data that is currently on it if you restore but you can always re-sync the data to the iPod. http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/five_rs/

IPhone 4 black screen but vibrates when plugged in?

You can try waiting for the battery to drain then connecting it to a computer that has iTunes installed on it. This should make it start back up with hopefully the apple logo visible. If it is still not working, your screen itself may have gone out.

Screen touch

Refer to the trouble shooting at Nintendo. Your screen may not be working due to the game your playing if any. If that's not the case you may need to recalibrate your touch screen.

Nothing is working! I need help

Hello,

You haven't received a response from Whisperwolf because our email notification system is down right now.

When you start your system and before your Dell screen shows, Press either the F2 or F10 screen. This should get you a System Bios setup screen. In this screen, see if there is an entry for your Hard drive and CDROM drive.

If you can get that far comment back and I'll check back here until our email system is working again. The fact that your computer is not responding to your CDROM is not a very good sign and your computer may have been starting to fail with the first of errors you received and is now at complete risk.

Regards,
Worldvet
