When I make a call or send a text, my screen will go black and then immediately come back on and freeze up. After a few seconds, the phone unfreezes and I am able to try it all over again. When I do, the same thing happens. I have taken the battery out twice and it still is freezing up. PLEASE HELP!

I would get a new phone. I would at minimum get all your pictures and phones copied off the phone because the phone is in a downward spiral. It is probably cheaper to get another RAZR than it would be to repair this one. These phones are very popular and you can find them cheaper than fixing one with this problem.
hi, it very possible that the memory space of your phone is so low..try delete some applications you downloaded on the phone so as to free some memory space...also you could scan your phone for virus. cheers
Yes, your phone is acting up, go to your cell phone carriers website and see if they have a fix for the problem, if not go to the nearest store and explain the problem to them, they might have a download fix or update that will solve the problem.
My LG Versa kept freezing up too...Call Verizon and have them tell you what software version is on your phone currently. I then took took it to the Verizon store and had it 'flashed' because there was a newer version for mine...it took about 25 minutes...worked fine...no more freezing up.
there a problem with your phone memory, try adding an external card, if it has one. if you do have an external memory, try to remove it, and power-up your phone. if the problem persist it needs servicing.
yeah i know what you're saying! my phone works fine, but it's just sending the texts is what freezes mine, and i dont want to lose my info. either. i wonder if there is a solution to fix this? my dad found that there is some setting configuration that will set the texting settings to normal or something, but he's working on that now, but i will keep posting updated information!
Sounds like your phone's been through some rough treatment - try taking the battery & sim card off for a while - make sure there's no moisture & if you're still having problems, stop by your dealership shop & see what they can do.
