These units are famous for bad capacitors in the power supply. When the capacitors go it causes voltages to fluctuate out of range. You have to remove the deflection PCB to repair this. Also look for loose connections at the high voltage transformer. This can be a dangerous circuit to work on. Have a repair shop check it out for you. Thanks
