I have a GE washing machine model #WWSE5240GWW the

I have a GE washing machine model #WWSE5240GWW the washer will fill but when it will not cycle to wash or spin. Machine does not make any noise at all.I have replaced the main control board but did not solve the problem. Any suggestions?

have you checked the belt, it could be loose or broke
