I cant recieve mms

its probably a Network Service Provider problem, are you a CDMA user?
and trying to recieve MMS from a GSM user?
or the opposite?
ask you Customer Care, he will tell you!

Try deactivating the MMS service, delete the MMS Settings and then again reactivate it, get the new ones, and switch off your phone for some time, and then try again.
