Question about Hoover HTC243 Top Load Washer
Washing ok, not rinsing or spinning to capacity, loud clicking thru the cycle, what does the reset tab mean? is this to reset the cycle or the water llevel? where is the outlet pump and the filter I have no manual this is mums machine...help
How will you know when the brake arm needs to be replaced? Is it fixable or will I need to get a new machine?

Hi then can u help with this washing machines i just got it it 800 ac268 ,ac270 i am try to put it on with put in the water to see if it will work but notring happed with in if u can get back to pz on my email it is firstname.lastname@example.org thanks a lot pz

The clicking sound could be the brake arm worn its white and in the middle near the gear box,the reset is for water only.the outlet pump is at the back where the drain hose comes out.the filter is in the middle of the agitator just pull it out.check the belt isnt loose.

The problem is the pressure switch has failed or the hose is plugged up, has a hole in it. These are usually inexpensive and are very easy to replace. Here is a video this will walk you thru testing and replacing a pressure switch. You can also enter your model # for diagrams and illustrations of your specific model. All parts come with installation instructions. Not all models are available.
