did you try to press the reset button on the router.
Hold it for about 30 seconds. Let it go. Unplug the power to the router. wait for 10 seconds. Plug the power in. wait for 30 seconds. that will reset the router.
f you reset the router, you will need to reconfigure the router from the start.
