When I open my Kodak C310 Digi Cam and take

When I open my Kodak C310 Digi Cam and take pictures, LCD monitor displayed this "entering favorites".. I can't take pictures anymore.. what should I do?? Pls help.. Thanks!

1) Change the rotating wheel from Favorites to AUTO

2) Menu, Set up menu, Org. Settings., Press OK.

3) Download new firmware:
http://www.kodak.com/global/en/service/downloads/dln_ekn030244.jhtml

If all of the above fails.
OoW repair of 48,44 pounds alt trade up.
