Wireless printing problems

I can't print wirelessly and i don't know why. I used to be able to, but for some unknown reason it stopped.
i also cannot print when it is hooked up via usb connection.

i am unable to print ms office docs and adobe files but test prints work just fine over wireless. printer monitor comes up quickly then says "printed" and goes blank. at first this problem was unique to adobe then all of the sudden it started with ms office docs.

More than likely the problem is with your router and not the machine. First make sure your IP address is correct.

I dont believe that you have done a wireless printing before. Or do you run another modell as the shown MFC420CN?

In case you mean you have printed wirelessly through a wireless router, you have to check the network connection:

If you try to print/scan/fax by USB instead of useing the network make sure that the USB drivers are installed properly (either network OR Usb ;-))
