All front panel lighting off and does not work, I had the electric board replace 200 cartridges ago. Odd

I have the same problem

Just bought the machine as a test because I need to buy 10 machines total. Took a really long time to heat up the fist time, but worked for about 5 days. Today it just "turned off" and won't come back on again. Any suggestions? Very disappointing, I really wanted to go with this machine.
