My sansa will download the mp3 and it says file

your file in device but it not shown because it is in hidden mode..if you wanna to see that file please follow below procedure..

conect your mp3 player to system(lapy or desktop) with usb.after that open my computer-->go to your mp3 player drive,there is nothing shown..

now for resolve this problem go to tools which is below on adress bar-->click on folder option-->view-->there is option lik "show hiddens files and folder" ,tick on that box and apply.

now you see that all files and folder are visible....enjoy
