hello... i have a problem with my muvo 5gb.. i don't know what happened but when i turn it on its entered in the recovery mode.. i have already tried every option in that mode but nothings happened and its still showing that recovery mode when i turn it on again. i also checked its properties and its show my muvo have zero used bytes and also zero unused bytes.. please help me...

Try reflashing the firmware for your device you can find the latest firmware and flashing utilities from the manufacturer?s website. Make sure that you back your music up first because when you do this you are setting it back to factory settings.
