There is a silver piece that fits in the leg that we only have 3 of the 4 and i have no idea what it is called or where to go to get it without the parts list. Our first grandchild is due in March and we need to have the crib together before then. Can anyone help?

This was very helpful for us. We bought an used crib w/o the manual. It was hard assembling it and we found this online. You can't imagine how helpful it was. Thanks again.

Bassettbaby.com
click on "Contact Us"
Fill in the email form or call 1-866-618-5446 Week days only
They may be able to fax or email you a PDF
At the inside of the small end of the crib (bottom rail there is a large sticker) is the manufacture date and a larger number with 8 digits probably starts with 5
They need that info to find the specific instructions you will need.
Once you get the info find a way to post it online for the others trying to save a buck and you can help save their sanity too!
Hope this helps as I cannot find these instructions online, it's the best I could do.
Would be nice if Bassett had a database of the PDF's

This is definately hands down a bad thermocouple. The thermocouple sits at the bottom of the burner tray. You will need to remove the nut secureing the pilot assembley and remove the wires.. I will post a link to the manual for this heater below so you can look at the parts diagram to find the thermocouple placement if neccessary. It will also have the part number so that you can order it.

Note: thermocouples can be generic and purchase at a local HVAC or pool/spa retailer.

Refer to page 28 for a diagram of what the pilot assembley looks like. The thermocouple is here in figure 46. Written Instructions for removal of the pilot assembley is on the bottom right of page 28 as well.

I'm getting an HL1 reading on my Ruud pool heater 206A. just replaced the unitherm governor, but it is still showing HL1. it will work for a while, then HL1 shows, then it starts again. what's...

Possibilities:

1-low water flow (this heater needs 45 GPM minimum to operate safely
2-blocked heat exchanger (flush exchanger through drain ports)
3-Unitherm Governor (already replaced)
4- Bad bypass assembley or bypass spring (these bypass assembleys do fail occasionally)

Id start with making sure the water flow is proper, and if that checks out ok, id replace the bypass spring and assembley.

Note: when examining bypass assembley, if spring is worn or missing, start with this only as its cheapest)
