There is no water entering the dishwasher

Check to see if you got this thing connected to a hot water pipe, turn the shut off valve to the on position, plug in your dishwasher ando make sure you got power going to it, now turn on the dishwasher.
If that don't work then turn off the hot water line, disconnect the water connection hose going into the dishwasher and get you a bucket.  Take the hose and put it into the bucket and turn on the hot water valve to flush out the sediment in the hose for a few seconds.   If no water comes out then you got a clog in the water pipe or the shut off valve is faulty.  If you got water running into the bucket, then check the back of the dishwasher pipe connection.  Look for a rubber plug that needs to be removed before connecting the dishwasher to the water line.  Also, clean the little lint filter of debris, cause sediment can clog the flow of water.
