Printer does register cartridges

when we turn the printer on it says to replace cartridges but they r in there, we tried taking them out and putting them back in but the same thing came up. there is still ink in all the cartridges so i dont know what the problem is.

I have the same problem. It keeps telling me that there are no cartridge when I have installed 4 new cartridges. Very frustrating.

I have the same problem. It keeps saying "No Cartridge" even when all 4 cartridges are new.

I am having the same problem. I don't use generic cartridges either. It keeps saying "no cartridge" but they are in there. What next??

I have the same problem with it saying no cartridge when there is one in there. I tried several times to reinstall thee cartridges but it still says no cartridge.
