Emachine with dead intel D845EPI board

should I be able to just plug in a GV imperial 20030081 motherboard and boot up?

my D845EPI died, I have a GV board and tried to switch out, but got no power up (only fan on power supply, no lights on motherboard at all...am i missing something or is the GV board dead also?

Should Work JusT fine !

It should work fine , With the Same MOBO ! ~ Re Set The CMOS , Either a Jumper , Or Pull the batt , Wait 5 & Put it in & Them Try "HOLD " F10 @ Boot !
