Have a 53FDX01BA that has No picture great sound.

It sounds as if you have lost your heater circuit for the picture tubes. This circuit actually allows the tubes to light. RP41 which is a 1.5 ohm resistor goes out of value causing the circuit to lose its voltage from the power supply. If this is not the problem there is probably a loss of high voltage. High voltage can be dangerous so you probably want to leave it for a pro. Thanks
