One letter on keyboard does not work

Computer pretty new. Working great and suddenly can't use one letter on the keyboard. Tried everything. Doesn't stick. Have Gateway using Vista. Driver ok, no new updates available, clean, restarted. No luck. Any ideas?

if this is a pc and not a laptop pop the key out and press the pad under neath to sea whear the problem is
