Problem with Pioneer DVD 114

Hello Everyone,

I'm having problems running on of my games.  When I try and run setup for
Tomb Raider The Last Revelation it gives me an undnown  error and after that
gives me the following error "This operation has been cancelled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator."  My computer is not on a network and I have no restrictions
setup that I know of.

To then make things more complicated, I put my old CD-ROM drive in and it
installs the program fine.

I've had no problems at all with my DVD drive until now.  It reads
everything I put in it, except this!  I've tried removing the drive from the
device manager and reboot/reinstall, but that didn't work.

Can anyone help?
