The O key popped out and goes back in but it comes out very easly but when you tip the laptop over it doesn't come out at all.

This may sound strange, but when my keys get loose like that, it usually means that a small tip of the cross bow on the bottom of the key was broken. So, I get a little (I mean very little) glue like instant glue, and put just a drop on the pad on the keyboard, wait about 5 seconds, and then gently and carefully place it back down, with forcing it, or it will be locked in place. Wait for about 20 minutes before using it again. And it will work like a champ. I have never been able to find thosse little cross bow things. So, here's to super glue.!!!!
