ok, i need to know four things: 1. what is your computer's running software, make AND model (i.e.; Windows/XP, Vista, 7... Linux... etc.)? 2. your computer's basic information, what processor, and graphics card? 3. the game and the game's minimum requirements (these are usually found on the bottom or side of the box) 4. is there a block or error of some type on your computer when you attempt to load the game?
