"Connect your player, of course. Go to "My Computer" > "Sansa e260".
There are hidden files. To unhide go to "Tools" (located on the menu
bar) > "Folder Options..." > hit the "View" tab > select "Show
hidden files and folders". You will see more folders to appear in a
faded color. Click on the "MUSIC" folder. Click on the artist, then

my sansa e260 is displaying REFRESH DATABASE and the process continues so that no action can be performed.only a white light displays on the screen until the battery gets low.and a blue light displays on the action buttons. and when i connect it to system, there won't be any message as new hardware found and also no device is found.i cannot open my mp3 filelist. what i have to do to make my mp3 to work as previously?
