Re: i ned to reboot to factory settings

I will assume you are using XP, START, CONTROL PANEL, PERFORMANCE, SYSTEM RESTORE is on the left, RESTORE TO AN EARLIER TIME.... then choose how far back you want to go

WARNING!! (I am sure you know this but) this will clear off everything you installed on to the drive.

Installing new hard drive in a aspire 5736z

Yes you need to install the operating system back to your computer and you also need to install the drivers and the programs on it. New hard drives are blank.
After installing everything up, don't forget to add a premium anti-virus. That's very important. You should also add a tech software like RadarSync so that you won't have to worry about getting your computer's drivers updated.

I want to reboot my Toshiba A200 back to factory settings, i have a spyware down load **** that keeps on asking me to do i reboot

If you have the recovery CD, then put that in the drive, reboot the laptop and make sure you boot to the CD. The recovery process will start up and you can restore the laptop to it's factory settings. Make sure you have all of your documents, music, etc. backed up.
